 How to Use Your Hot Chick (Safely!):

Microwave Instructions:

• Remove the wheatbag insert from the cover.

• Place the insert only flat in the centre of the microwave.

• Add a microwave-safe cup of cold water alongside the insert – this helps prevent the wheat from drying out or overheating.

• Heat for up to 30 seconds on medium heat (600–1000W microwave).

• Shake or turn halfway through heating to distribute warmth evenly.

• Allow to cool fully before reheating.

• Once heated, return the insert to its cover and enjoy!

Safety Tips:

• ❌ Do not overheat – these are tiny and heat quickly.

• ❌ Never microwave the outer cover.

• ❌ Do not microwave unattended.

• ❌ Not suitable for individuals with reduced heat sensitivity.
