She’s not pocket-sized, but she is perfect for warming cold feet and soothing sore muscles as she rests proudly on your lap. Each one comes with a removable, washable cover and a generously filled wheat insert, all handmade with care and character.

 How to Use Your Hot Mama (Safely!):

Microwave Instructions:

• Remove the wheatbag insert from the cover.

• Place the insert only flat in the microwave (not folded or bunched).

• Place a microwave-safe cup of cold water in the microwave alongside it – this helps prevent the wheat from drying out and keeps things safe.

• Heat for up to 1½–2 minutes on medium heat (600–1000W microwave).

• Shake or turn halfway through to ensure even heating.

• Allow to cool fully before reheating.

• Once heated, return the insert to the cover and snuggle responsibly.

Important Safety Tips:

• ❌ Do not overheat  (she’s already hot enough).

• ❌ Never microwave the outer cover.

• ❌ Don’t microwave unattended.

• ❌ Not suitable for people with reduced heat sensitivity
